2009 Summer Photo Contest Winners
Hundreds and hundreds of great photos were submitted for the PhotoBin Summer Photo Contest, but only a select few could win. Our editors examined every entry carefully and judged the originality and execution of each photo to the "Best Overall Photo" criteria. Below are our top 10 winners.

2009 Summer Photo Contest
The criteria is "best overall image." By submitting your photo to PhotoBin.com, you acknowledge that
it is your original work and agree to grant PhotoBin and/or Z58 permission to post your image on PhotoBin
and/or Z58 in our contest section. The final winners will be selected by our judging team.
- First Place: $250 + name and winning photo in our NATIONAL press release + special recognition page on PhotoBin.com
- Second Place: $100 + special recognition page on PhotoBin.com
- Third Place: $50 + special recognition page on PhotoBin.com
- Top 10 finalists: (4-10) Special recognition page on PhotoBin.com
Photo Submission Guidelines:
- Photos must be in JPG format
- Photo must have at least 750 pixels on the longest side
- Maximum file size is 1MB
- No watermarks, signatures or borders
- You may submit up to 5 photos per week for the contest

All photographs that are submitted for the contest remain the property of their authors. You retain the
copyright on any photos submitted to Z58 or PhotoBin.
Photographs may not be downloaded, reproduced, copied, projected, or used in any way without written
permission from their authors.
Terms and Conditions
It is free to enter Z58's PhotoBin Photo Contest. No purchase is necessary, and making a
purchase does not increase your chance to win. The photographs you submit must have been taken by you.
By submitting your images, you confirm that you own the copyright of the image. Select images may be
chosen to be shown as examples on PhotoBin.com. You agree that your submissions may be published on
PhotoBin.com as promotional content. If images are used within the site, the photographer's name will
be published as well.
If a person can be identified in your photo, you take full responsibility for his/her/their consent to be
published on PhotoBin.com.
Z58's Photo Contest is intended for viewing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only
(excluding, without limitation, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and military installations).
The rules are evaluated according to United States Law with American English. All submitters must be the age
of majority in their state of residence or older to enter.
Our panel of judges will view submissions on an ongoing basis. The photographs that fit the "Best Overall Image"
criteria will be chosen as finalists and may be put in our company website as a promotional slide show. The
contest ends at 11:59:59pm PST on September 30, 2009. Z58 is in charge of keeping time for the contest.
Upon contest close, a panel of judges will review all the images that have been submitted and determine the
first through tenth place winners. Winners will be notified via e-mail. The list of winners will be available
on our website within one month of the contest's end.
There will be one (1) grand prize of $250. The winning photo will also be featured in a Z58 national press release.
There will be one (1) second place prize of $100. There will be one (1) third place prize of $50.
All top 10 winners will receive recognition on Z58.com.
