What type of Photo Resolution do you offer?
The default scanning resolution for the 400 photo scanning package is 300 DPI. You can upgrade to 600 DPI for an additional charge when you place your order.

How Do I add photos to my PhotoBin account?
You may upload photos to your PhotoBin account after you create a username and password. The first initial 30 days are free, allowing you to upload 200 photos. Subscriptions range from $19.99 to $39.99 per year.
What size photos may I submit for scanning?
We accept all photo sizes ranging between 3”x3” to 8”x10”.
How do I package my photos?
You will package your photos in the box you provide to ship to PhotoBin, you should sort them from smallest to largest and you may sort by event or timeline. Separating the photos can be done with index cards, rubber bands and or bags.
Why do I have to pay shipping and handling on each order?
Shipping and handling is separate and the cost is required by the cost associated with the voucher.
My pictures are precious to me. How do I know I will get them back?
PhotoBin takes extreme caution in each order we receive. You will obtain an order and shipping confirmation once your project has been processed and completed by PhotoBin.
How do I apply multiple vouchers to an order?
You may use multiple vouchers when purchasing our products although the following applies: Only one voucher can be applied per shopping cart order. If you have additional vouchers, separate the orders one at a time so that you can apply each voucher into a single shopping cart order. This will generate applicable shipping and handling fees, as well as sales tax per order.
How long does it take to get my photos back?
Can I combine multiple scanning orders in one box?
Absolutely, just make sure all included photos/media to be scanned is properly payed for and has been ordered prior to being sent to our San Diego facility.
Which shipping methods can I use to send in my order?
To best ensure the safety and integrity of your items as well as real-time tracking, we only accept UPS or FedEx delivery. Find a UPS location near you. More info on packing and shipping.
