Steve Weber founded PhotoBin, a division of Z58, Inc., with the dream to combine his passion for photography with his success, knowledge and know-how in building start-up Internet companies. Weber's entrepreneurial experience spans over 25 years, with the last 13 years in the Internet industry. Weber's other company, Z57, Inc. Internet Solutions, has remained San Diego's largest web development and design firm for the past eight consecutive years. Z57 has also been recognized by Inc. Magazine as an Inc. 5000 company for two consecutive years.

Weber has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Business Journal, and bizSanDiego Magazine. With PhotoBin Weber leverages his passion for photography with his technology, financial, marketing and operational experience into one of the fastest growing segments of the Internet.

Leah Laux

Director of Products

Leah Laux joined PhotoBin in 2009. Her passion for great customer experiences and never-ending product improvement help drive the business forward. Laux has more than 15 years of experience in the Internet industry and customer-centric content development and delivery.

Laux started in subscription-based publishing with McGraw-Hill, moving to Internet-based products and services at SignOnSanDiego.com and Intuit. Working in industries from environmental management to mid-range computing to taxes, travel and arts and entertainment, Laux most enjoys connecting with others to make a positive and meaningful difference in the day-to-day lives of consumers.

Hugh Plautz

Director of Marketing

Hugh Plautz has been involved in all aspects of internet marketing for more than 13 years. He has directed web development, mobile, e-mail, banner, viral, SEO, paid search, social media, digital branding and lead generation campaigns. He has created award-winning interactive advertising for national restaurant chains, major consumer brands, international nutraceutical companies, government agencies, television and radio stations.

Working with the Utah Senate, Plautz created the nation's first government body SMS text outreach program called SenateMobile. Over 500 television, radio stations and small businesses use his SMS marketing platform.

Plautz is dedicated to growing PhotoBin's benefits to best serve the needs of existing and future customers.
