Place your order
  • Place your order using our online store.
  • We will email you an order confirmation, which includes your UPS labels for shipping. These labels come at NO extra charge to you as they were factored into the shipping and handling cost of your purchase.

Print Order Documentation
  • Find your order email and click the "print your order packing slip" link. Place the order packing slip in your box.
  • Click the "print UPS labels" link and print three copies of your UPS shipping labels.
  • Place one label on the box, a second label inside the box, and keep the third label for your records.
  • Package your photos in a sturdy box. See packaging tips.

Ship your photos to us
  • Bag and label your photos if you want them put onto different discs. Additionally bag and label which group of photos you need extra copies of. See packaging tips.
  • Drop off your pre-labeled box at a UPS location. UPS will provide a tracking number to track your package. (See UPS.com to check the status of your shipment to us.)
  • We will email you when your order is received.

We scan your photos for you
  • Our professionals scan your photos to CD or DVD.
  • Each bagged and labeled group of photos is placed on a single CD or DVD. See packaging tips.
  • Your digital photos and originals are carefully repacked.
  • We will email you when your order is complete.

View and share your photos
  • You can view and share your newly scanned photos even before your originals are returned to you.
  • PhotoBin scan orders include access to a free photo web site for up to one year!

We ship everything back to you
  • We ship your originals and new CDs or DVDs back to you via UPS.
  • Track your shipment with your UPS tracking number. Note: your return tracking number will be provided in your "order complete" email.
